Hitachi introduces their world’s first Blu-ray Disc Camcorders DZ-BD7H on their major Blu-ray related press release. This Hitachis DZ-BD7H HD Blu Ray Disc camcoder able to record HD video on 1920×1080 pixel video either on Blu-ray discs media or internal built-in 30GB hard drives.
if yourecording Full HD video under 1920X1080 pixel, you will be getting approximately about four hours full HD video, or eight hours of 1440—1080 footage onto the drive. Beside that, Hitachi DZ-BD7H allow you do internal copying of HD video from the hard drive to a Blu-ray disc at 2X speed. It also doubles as a regular photo camera with a resolution of 4.32-megapixels, and SD card slot for storage.

Key features of the new Hitachi BD camcorders include:

Hitachi DZ-BD7H HD Blu Ray Disc camcorders will begin selling in Japan on August 30th and will become available in the overseas market starting in October.
